Total Care handles a wide range of everyday accidents that happen from a single incident—so you don’t have to stress.
Fabric, Leather & Vinyl Furniture:
- Spills from food, drinks, ink, or makeup
- Rips, cuts, burns, or punctures
- Cracking or peeling on leather or vinyl
- Bodily fluids from either human or pet
Wood Furniture:
- Water rings, scratches, dents, or chips
- Heat marks and fading from the sun
- Peeling finishes and even joint failure
Outdoor Furniture:
- Stains from food, sunscreen, and drinks
- Rips, punctures, burns, or broken glass tabletops
- Umbrella and frame failures
Adjustable Bases:
- Damage to frames, springs, or reclining mechanisms

We know pets are family. That’s why we offer +Pet Coverage—an optional add-on you can include with your Furniture or Stressless plan. It covers one accidental pet incident like scratching, chewing, or clawing.
Here’s how it works:
- +Pet covers one chewing/scratching incident per plan.
- Once used, that part of the coverage is fulfilled.
- But don’t worry—your base plan still covers things like pet fluid stains or burns through the full term.
If you skip the +Pet add-on, that specific pet damage (scratching, chewing, etc.) won’t be covered—so it’s definitely worth considering if your furry friend gets a little too comfy on the couch.
What’s Not Covered?
We like to be upfront. Here’s what Total Care isn’t designed for:
- Everyday wear and tears
- Gradual fading, piling, or cushion softening
- Damage from misuse, pests, or neglect
- Pre-existing damage before delivery
- Major/Natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.)
- Pet damage (chewing/scratching) without the +Pet add-on
Our focus is accidental, unexpected moments—not routine aging or preventable issues.
Don’t Use It? Don’t Lose It.
